First of all, i would like to apologize for my bad English.
Alright, here's the case...
I just bought PS4 Controller (DualShock4) and Cliptec RZB939 USB Bluetooth Dongle Ver 4.0 + EDR
http://www.cliptec.com/gadget/mouse/mouse-wired/21-gadget/bluetooth/21-rzb939
Additional info for my bluetooth dongle :
Manufacturer : Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
Device manager shows a yellow '!' mark on CSR Bluetooth Chip.
I have 2 PC's, one in my office and the other one is at my home.
1. I plugged the dongle to my OFFICE PC (I forgot the type of the motherboard) WITHOUT installing the bluetooth driver provided inside the dongle package and i paired DualShock4 to it, then i installed DS4Windows. (DS4Windows is a program to make games think that i'm using XBOX controller).
I run DS4Windows, DualShock4 was detected normally and everything worked fine. I can play games, wired or via bluetooth connection with no problem.
2. I plugged the dongle to my HOME PC (The motherboard for this PC is Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H) WITHOUT installing the bluetooth driver and i got an error message : 'driver was not successfully installed' or something like that), Windows can not detect the bluetooth dongle, so i installed the driver that i got from Cliptec bluetooth dongle package. Bluetooth dongle was detected normally after the bluetooth driver was installed and i paired DualShock4 succesfully to the dongle with the bluetooth software i just installed.
For the next step i installed DS4Windows and i got an error message : 'WARNING: The bluetooth adapter or bluetooth drivers being used may not be compatible with this software'. DS4Windows can not find my DualShock4 even though it was paired succesfully to the dongle.
My conclusion is : DS4Windows can not detect DualShock4 via bluetooth connection if the Cliptec bluetooth driver is installed.
My question is : Is there any way to make this bluetooth dongle worked fine in my home PC without installing the driver provided by Cliptec? Because i can get this done in my office PC, without installing any drivers, i just plugged the dongle and it worked.
Thank you very much, any help will be appreciated.
EDIT : Just updated BIOS to newest version, still can't detect my bluetooth adapter.
